Heyy, below are the most important policies in regards to your appointment! Please be sure to read and take note of each one in order to create a smooth process for both of us. Thanks for booking, see you soon!

Booking for Birmingham & Montgomery

I am accepting new clients

  1. New Clients refer to individuals who haven't attended at least 1 appointment within the year of 2021, so if you booked but did not come to the appointment you will still be considered a new client!

  2. My bookings open on a monthly basis, If a month is open but you don't see any availabilities then it is currently fully booked and you will have to wait for cancellation or for the next month's bookings to open. 

  3. I travel between Montgomery and Birmingham Al please be sure to refer to my location calendar before booking!

    1. The address will be featured in an automatic reminder email sent 24 hours before your appointment. If you booked a service that requires you drop your hair off in advance email me for details!​ Please do not wait till the last minute to set up a drop-off time! 

  4. For any questions regarding your appointment contact me by EMAIL:, no social media DMs. Please allow at least 24 hours for a reply.

  5. Some services require a deposit, this deposit will be paid directly on the website through Paypal 

    1. This deposit is nonrefundable and goes towards the overall balance of the service.​

    2. If you need to reschedule this deposit is transferrable but it must be within two months of the original appointment date.

  6. I only accept Cash for the remaining balance of the services. Please make sure you get your cash in advance of your appointment. 

  7. There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes there is a $10 late fee. If you are over 25 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment.

  8. Please refrain from bringing extra people to your appointment
